Pricing, Freight and Delivery

Prices are quoted exclusive of freight, insurance and destination charges. Shipment is arranged under the Incoterm agreed in writing — for example FOB or CIF — and the freight cost is quoted separately and confirmed in the quotation. Indicative lead time and shipping terms are stated on the quotation or order confirmation.

Governing Terms

Trade transactions are governed by the terms of the written quotation or sales contract agreed between the parties, which prevail over any general statement on this site.
